We deliver to the Reno Area for a charge of $7.00 per destination. Shipping to other locations is dependent on Order total. Charges are as follows:

 35.00 -  44.99 = 9.95
 45.00 -  54.99 = 10.95
 55.00 -  64.99 = 11.95
 65.00 -  74.99 = 12.95
 75.00 -  84.99 = 13.95

Shipping will be sent via U.S.P.S. or UPS Ground. Any Damage Claim should be filed immediately with Carrier (UPS, U.S.P.S, etc.) save any packaging/damaged goods for their inspection. Our Baskets are built to order with the freshest ingredients. Please allow 72 hours for order time.

Taxes

We are registered to do Business in the State in Nevada. All prices are retail and do not include Nevada Sales Tax.

Prices

Prices range from $17.50 up $300.00 and any price range in between to fit your needs. We will create your Basket to your specification and Price Range. Prices Subject to Change without Notice.

Product/Substitutions

Please note that the contents of your Basket may vary depending on the availability of products. We make changes to our inventory based upon the discovery of new and unique items, product availability and seasonal difference. Should any product become unavailable or sold out we shall replace it with equal or greater Merchandise. Therefore, substitutions may be made, but quality will never be compromised.

Individual and Corporate Accounts

Individual and Corporate Accounts Welcome. Credit Terms/Open Accounts (Net 15 days from invoice date) are available to Credit Worthy/Qualified Accounts. Finance Charge on all Past Due Accounts at rate of 1.5% Per Month, 18% Annual on Any Unpaid Balance. Accounts will be responsible for any/all necessary fees and charges (legal, collection, etc) incurred. Past Due accounts will be reverted to COD or prepaid Basis.

Charges

We Gladly accept Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard), Money Orders and Personal Checks. Personal Checks will have a waiting period of 5 business days before product is shipped. A $40.00 Service Charge on any/all Returned Checks (NSF Account Closed Or Whatever Reason), For Each Occurrence. Your credit card will not be charged until the Product is Shipped or Delivered.

We offer Quantity Discounts for larger orders. Gift Certificates Also Available.

No customer information shall be shared with or sold to any outside companies. All sales transactions performed via our site are sent encrypted with the most current safety and security measures available on the Internet.

Returns/Replacement

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If there is a problem, please notify us as soon as possible, retaining all products and shipping materials. We reserve the right to request that an unsatisfactory item be returned to us prior to replacement. Returns on gift baskets may be made up to 15 days after receipt of shipment. All returns must be sent insured mail to the below address.
